We’ve used Edison for the past 2.5 years for a variety of different projects. PROS: -Easy to schedule -They get you in quickly when something pops up -They return missed calls -They say they’ll call when they’re on the way, and then they actually do call! -Professional yet personable -Diagnose any issues correctly & make the proper recommendations to address them -Do things right the first time (YMMV of course!) -Fair prices for the area CONS -Sometimes there’s a bit of a disconnect/lack of communication between the different departments. E.g., We had an issue and it was diagnosed. They drew up the contract, we signed and returned, and we scheduled the appointment to remedy it. A few days later, we get a call asking if we wanted to schedule the appointment. The admin was like, “Oh, I guess their department decided to handle it.” So as you can see, the pros vastly outweigh the cons! We’ve been very pleased with the service we’ve received!
